Privacy Policy

What we collect

Cloak Sim collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service. This includes:

• Your Solana wallet address (for payment and refund processing)
• Transaction signatures (for payment verification)
• Order IDs from our SMS provider (for number delivery and cancellation)

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any other personal identifying information.

What we do not collect

• Your real phone number
• The content of SMS messages after delivery
• Browsing history or cookies for tracking
• IP addresses for profiling

Payment data

All payments are processed on the Solana blockchain. Transaction records are public and immutable on-chain. We store order amounts server-side solely for refund processing and delete them after 24 hours.

Data retention

Order records are retained for up to 24 hours to facilitate refunds. After that, they are permanently deleted. We do not maintain long-term databases of user activity.

Third parties

We use a third-party SMS provider to deliver verification codes. The provider receives only the country and service selection - not your wallet address or identity. We use Helius as our Solana RPC provider for transaction processing.

Your rights

Since we collect minimal data and do not maintain user accounts, there is effectively no personal data to request, modify, or delete. If you have concerns, reach out via our X / Twitter.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
